Small business means small batch. Our raw wildflower honey is harvested only a couple times of year, by hand, from local hives in Sonoma County. We only harvest honey when there is a surplus, in order to preserve our magnificent honeybee population.
Once harvested, we crush the comb and pass it through a course screen to retain the beneficial pollen grains, elevating the nutritional value. We do not heat our honey - so it is dark, rich, and packed with all the beneficial minerals before it's delivered to your doorstep.
Advisory Note: It is not recommended to feed honey to an infant.
Honey is antioxidant and antibacterial. Consumed raw, internally to soothe the throat or topically to bring relief to the skin.
Once you finish your honey, we recommend removing the cap and discarding this piece. Please recycle the glass bottle.
For tips on how to repurpose your glass products see our blog about upcycling our packaging.
